General Guidelines

  1. To guarantee pickup, roll your kart to curb the night before. There are no assigned pick-up times during the day, only assigned pick up days.
  2. All trash must be bagged.
  3. Break down all boxes.
  4. Karts must be at least 3 feet from any obstruction. Ex: Cars, Mailboxes, basketball goals, other garbage karts…
  5. All garbage must be in garbage kart.
  6. Extra garbage outside of kart will not be picked up unless you notify us in advance and pay office, for that extra garbage.
    *** This includes personal karts that have been rolled next to our kart. ***
  7. Customers are responsible for maintaining a clean kart.
  8. Kart opening should face the road.
  9. All karts are the property of Reliable Sanitation. You are responsible for any damages or loss beyond normal wear and tear.
  10. Moving Customers are responsible for their account. Please notify us of your moving date to avoid paying for service that you are not using.
  11. We track our drivers. We know where they are and where they have been. If you are not out, when they arrive at your service address to service your kart(s), they will text you in as not being out for service.
