$51.00-$100.00= $4.00
$101.00-$175.00=$6.50
$176.00-$250.00=$9.00
$251.00-$350.00=$13.00

*If you have an outstanding balance, this will be applied to your online payment. Outstanding balances may include late fees. Our Late fees are $5.00 and roll over every 30 days past the due date. By continuing with payment, you are agreeing to pay your current service fees plus any outstanding balances you may have.
